Quality Assurance Project Manager

Leads and assists engineering teams, including RAN, C&I (Commissioning & Integration), and design engineers, ensuring adherence to quality standards, engineering practices, and corporate policies. This position is required for wireless cell site builds, modernization and optimization. Monitor the delivery of products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment of quality objectives in building wireless cell sites for US major carriers, Verizon, T-Mobile, ATT and Sprint.  Monitor all commissioning and integration processes and activities. During the integration process, ensure coordination between the involved teams and provide the necessary technical support. Audit Engineering Work Orders, customer request packages, and data entries in information systems for adherence to specifications, standards, and practices. Provide feedback to the applicable engineering functional areas, enforcing completion of corrective actions make sure to capture change orders and communicate to customer.  Document quality assessment results to be prepared and submitted. Create and maintain reference material and job aids such as quick reference guides, contributing to process standardization.  Document changes to customer specifications and deliverables.  Update teams on customer and internal specifications, standards, and practices.  Subject matter expert, providing informal and formal training as required.  A strong background in Telecommunications Operations.  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
